How Do You Use WWE Network?
Now that the WWE Network is well established, how do you use it? Do you just watch the PPVs? Only watch NXT? Old PPVs? What about WWE Networks original content? Is there anything you wish was there that isn't? What devices do you use it on?
Myself I only use the Network for PPVs and the specials like CWC and UK tournament. I dont even watch full PPVs anymore and only watch the matches Im really interested in. Don't think I've watched a full PPV since the Network debuted. I'll checkout Talking Smack and 205 live every once in awhile. Usually binge watch what I want to see of NXT before Takeovers on my phone during dead time at work or if im taking a poop. At home I cast it from my phone to the TV for shows that others want to watch. I also want to talk about the effect that the Network has had on WWE's ratings for Raw and Smackdown. WWE pretty much gives you a 5 minute video before every PPV match detailing everything that has happened leading to the match, making watching Raw and Smackdown less of a necessity in my opinion. |

I watch it for the PPVs and the old shit. The week of the Royal Rumble I watched every Royal Rumble match. During Rasslemania week I watched a bunch of Rasslemania matches and Rasslemania 18, the whole f'n show. Wonder why? also, I watch the Edge and Christian show. So there you go, I have completed my end of this market research study and would like my $20

I watch on my PC, hooked up to my TV. Used to go through PS3, but it kept skipping. No issues since the switch.
For the in-ring stuff: PPVs, NXT, and the rasslin specials (CWC, UK, etc). I also watch most of the original shows: Edge and Christian Show, Ride Along, Swerved, Table for 3. I started watching all of the WWF PPVs from 1999, but I haven't done that in a while. |

Haven't watched RAW/SD regularly in a long time. I watch highlights on YouTube for the most part. But like you said, the PPVs do a good job catching up anyone who missed a show right before each match (or at least on the pre-show).

I wish that more tv shows were added. WCW Thunder, Sunday Night Heat, WWF Jakked, Shotgun Saturday Night, Velocity and other similar shows.

I watch current PPV's live if they are interesting otherwise I may not watch it or only watch parts. Most often I watch old PPV's, particularly WCW. Some of the shoot stuff I like as well, wish there was more.

Watching old school ECW (Roku and TV)
Sometimes watch it on the computer if I'm listening to Tony and Conrad to commentary or the PWTorch's Wayback Playback. Don't usually stream on the XBox one because I'm usually playing a game while watching a live ppv. I'd use a PC if had a second one or a better monitor set up because Network is as live as you can get on a PC/Mac. |

PPVs, NXT, 205 Live, Talking Smack
Pretty much the only things I use it for. I watched some of their other shows, but not very often. Never have I gone back to watch an old rassling event. |

Current and retro PPVs and NXT...I've watched Table For 3 a couple times, and sometimes watch 205 LIVE and/or Talking Smack on Tuesday nights if the mood hits me.

I cancelled my membership because Bell Canada doesn't have (or allow) access to the On Demand part... which is 99% of the content. And they had no plans to change that, yet still charged the exact same amount as everybody else.
So now I have an android box that comes with the channel for free, so I use it to watch pay per views. but still no on demand content. |

My son and I watch NXT every Wednesday, he watches everything else from new PPV's to original content to old 90's PPV's trying to learn everything about the business he missed from my lifetime. He is really obsessed. I also watch the live PPV's especially the NXT specials. I also really like the 24/7 documentary things they do once in a while. I also like to fall asleep to early 90's PPV's on occasion when I can't sleep. Old Royal Rumbles are the best.

When I got the network when it was launched here, I would watch things like Countdown, 1997 - 2007 WWE (Raw, SmackDown and PPVs) and live Pre-Shows and PPVs.
Now, I just watch PPVs the day after they happen. |

All of the live PPVs/Takeovers. Usually 205 Live as well. Have kinda fallen out of NXT lately.
If I have time I'll try to do watch-throughs of different time periods. Was working on 2002 after the brand split but got a bit stalled. Might just switch it to SD only since Raw was terrible around this point. |

PPVs, Table for 3, Legends with JBL (still have a few left), lately just been binging NXT before TakeOvers, Beyond the Ring documentaries
Since the Network started I've been going through WWE, WCW, ECW from their beginnings. Only currently in 1996. I only do it when I have time. Wish they'd bring back Legends of Wrestling roundtables, Wrestlemania Rewind and Rivalries. Don't really care about the original content/non-wrestling stuff i.e. Camp WWE, Swerved etc. |

Legends of Wrestling Roundtable is one of my favourite things that the WWE has ever done. Fucking bullshit that they cancelled Legends with JBL.

Feel like I am the only one on these boards that does not bother with the network unless there is a ppv I want to see.

What does literally mean to you? They have every PPV. They have every SNME. They have a few MSG, Boston Garden and Maple Leaf Garden shows. Many episodes of Tuesday Night Titans and Prime Time Wrestling.

The MSG, Spectrum and Boston Garden shows are all heavily clipped. That's completely worthless. Some with only 3-4 matches. They don't have Prime Time Wrestling 85 ( I do). The shit I've collected is better than the stuff the WWE Network has from the late 70's to 1986

I definitely watch the PPVs. I used to watch NXT religiously, but since the purge, now I kinda just pop in for the Takeovers. I catch 205 Live when I remember to. I watch the 24 specials. Just watched the Finn Balor one yesterday, and I thought it was really well done. I've seen all of the Edge and Christian shows, Swerved, and most of the other original stuff. I'll watch old shows from any promotion if the urge strikes me. I've been watching NXT from the beginning lately. Kinda cool. I wish they had the original episodes of NXT when it was still a contest, and I wouldn't mind if WWECW was on there, even though a lot of people hated it.
I love the Network. I think it's amazing. For the price, especially. I watch Raw and Smackdown either on cable or Hulu depending on what I have going on, so I'm gonna wanna watch the PPVs for sure. If I were going to buy just the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania alone without the Network, it would be more expensive than a year of the Network, so why NOT take all of the extra stuff? |

I just started really getting into pre 1987 WWF like 2-3 years ago . Now I have pretty much everything you can imagine, plus some stuff that I came across that I wasn't aware existed.

Yes. The different style wrestling interests me. I've tried watching a handful of episodes of Prime Time Wrestling for Bobby Heenan, but they don't hold up very well and the matches are worthless. The Hulkamania Era stuff is incredibly bad wrestling. I got into 89/90 NWA/WCW and the rise of Sting currently.

I normally watch the current product via the network like the PPV's, 205 Live, Main Event if I'm bored, NXT, that type of thing.
