Looks like his whole body is photoshopped into the background and then his head is photoshopped from yet another pic.

In this case it's probably still Hogan. But fuck it. Glad HBK is somehow leading this thing because he is the Goddamn man. |

When the gap is this wide its its hard to make an objective case for michaels. No one has yet

But i agree with your point. Hogan is the longest sustainable draw of all time, but in my mind he isn the goat. Why? Because draw is but one, albeit massive, metric but it isnt EVERYTHING.
But if we're talking draw, workrate, promos, legacy etc etc etc hogan isnt going to trail anythig but matches. And we have 3 pages of people saying "well i liked him more." Which is fine, its just that isnt objective. And yeah, same time, same screen time, both in their prime. Hogan is better. Hell an over the hill Hogan had more viewers than an in his prime michaels did. These guys did gp head to head every monday after all. |

Viewers though? That's draw again. Michaels is more fun to watch for me. And that's all wrestling is to me. Fun. Not gates and buys or whatever the fuck.

This is how I vote as well. I don't always give a reason for my vote because sometimes I feel it's an easy match up. Didn't see a lot of Micheals growing up but Hogan and the NWO was my during my childhood and I watched more WCW. Hate Hogan for what he did to TNA but as far as wrestling goes I had to go with Hogan. Being able to go back and watch stuff on the Network is great though and Hogan still comes out on top as he was a much bigger star for a much longer time.

Hogan to me was better, though it may have to do with nostalgia....I just felt he had a better presence to him.

HBK. At this point there is no need to give a reason. BUT I WILL
I never vote based on draw, just over who I personally think was more talented overall when based on in-ring work and promos taken as a whole. Hogan was a slightly better promo than HBK, but HBK was LIGHTYEARS beyond Hogan in the ring. I don't like using their draw as a metric, anyways, as a large part of the draw is in how creative books them and has nothing to do with their acting ability (like promos) or their in-ring work. It may not be a perfect example, because it wasn't sustainable, but take Goldberg. He was the single biggest draw ever during the streak and for a period after it ended. Goldberg also sucks sweaty goat balls as a wrestler imo. Statistically Konnan was a bigger draw than Hogan over the 90's; does that make him better than Hogan overall? NO WAY. Draw just isn't a good metric for me. |

Hogan. HB K was a really amazing wrestler but Hogan had an aura about him that was magical.

I voted for HBK because his movie "The Resurrection of Gavin Stone" reminds me of the "resurrection stone" from Harry Potter.

Personally I just don't really give a fuck who drew the most money. If I was running a promotion I obviously would. But I'm not. I'm a fan who values great work in the ring above pretty much everything else. Personality, character, and promo ability would all factor in after that.
One thing I'll give Hogan credit for is that he was a better heel than Shawn, in my humble opinion. My god I hated Hollywood Hogan so much. Never had the same desire to punch Shawn in the face. But overall package I still greatly prefer Shawn. |

Everyone prefers shawn, that poll would be a no brainer too. Preffered wrestler #81 Hogan v shawn would be a sweep for sure.

I found Warrior more interesting visually but I started actually watching wrestling because of The Undertaker |

Hogan is like ECW. If you didn't experience it first hand, it's hard to explain the undying appeal to its fans.
