WWE needs to do two things ( might go Noid )
They have too many people they are trying to showcase at once. Especially in the women's division. These problems can be solved with the Wwe.network.

1) Give the women their own show. One hours, maybe even two. I would watch. These girls have developed great characters. Maybe even make a Woman's GM. It's really tiresome to watch 3 or 5 women lumped into one match every PPV. Then in some cases you have to have a couple of title matches on top of that. The fact is, some women just wont make it to the PPV matches. That's why you give them a 1 hour show to be showcased more. You may even make a woman's only PPV on the WWENetwork. I think a lot of people would watch these girls. I personally love watching the women matches and angles, but with WWE trying to push more and more men, the women are getting lumped in together and their is no room for individualism.

2) Make another 1 hours show exclusively for WWENetwork. You can feature some main eventers, but mostly you'll feature the Bo Dallas's and Curtis Axels and others who dont make it on the main shows enough. A perfect on going angle for this 1 hour show would be the Goldust/ R-Truth angle. It's getting lost on RAW right now. Hell you may even make a belt for the show and just have it permanently defended on the Kick Off show. Again, people will watch this stuff.

This just seems like common sense to me. They have this platform and it feels like they're not using it to their advantage.

It dont matter who did what to who at this point. The fact is, we went to war. And now there aint no going back. It's what war is you know? Once you're in it, you're in it. If it's a lie, then we fight on that lie, but we gotta fight!

This is a terrible idea because they have 5 hours of TV per week that they already book terribly.

It makes way more sense to move all the Cruiserweight stuff to 205/SD and keep it exclusive, then move all the girls to RAW and have the first hour of the show be all women. Have the main belt, a mid-tier belt (like a TV title that gets defended every week), and a set of tag belts.

Another idea for the midtier belt is the Total Divas championship that all those girls can gun for and keep them away from Sasha/Bayley/Charlotte/Becky/whomever competing for the main belt.

What they need to do is have this Women's MITB rematch on SDL next week but have Ellsworth take down the briefcase again - this time in drag. Have a "progressive" storyline where Ellsworth identifies as a woman and goes by the name Jane Ellsworth. Daniel Bryan has his hands tied by the "Board of Directors" not wanting a PR nightmare on their hands and insists that as Ellsworth took down the briefcase he is the rightful holder and Miss MITB.

Jane eventually cashes in and wins the SDL Women's Championship. At SummerSlam s/he challenges the Raw Women's Champion to a unification match and s/he wins.

With the belts unified the entire division moves to Raw, where the writers get the balance between depth of the roster and how heavily someone is featured spot on.

What? I thought we were just stacking bad ideas on top of each other here.

A women's exclusive show has been rumored to be in the works for a while but can't see the WWE do another Network-based show for the rest of the roster. They had to drop Superstars in order to fit 205 Live and its been a big money sink along with the UK show.

Would be a lot easier and cheaper to just rehaul their Creative process so the brand rosters get utilized a lot better than have another hour of content needing to be filled each week. Either that or start trimming the rosters so there are a lot less people doing nothing for long stretches of time.

True but they still would be dealing with several problems and cost issues for a new show that is going to have a very limited audience and not have anything really unique to draw interest.

Unless they are bringing more female competitors in regularly from this tournament, I don't see how a completely separate show will help. Too few wrestlers to engage in fresh ideas.

I would much rather see the Women's Division be Raw-only or SD-only because as I said above, fresh ideas and feuds are running low. That may mean some women won't be featured every week, but if you keep them in the loop, it won't get stale or boring too quickly.

Honestly, no joke, if they incorporated a DL for the wrestlers like in Baseball, it would greatly heighten a wrestler's return. Do it quietly too. Where's Nattie? Oh, she's on the DL. She comes back and bam takes out Charlotte "from out of nowhere." Instant feud.

They can't even run interesting, non-repetitive feuds now with the combined huge rosters they have and 5+ hours of TV a week. Granted writing for 5+ hours a week is a lot to write for, but it's just sad the amount of over exposure and horrible booking and storytelling all the talent repeatedly gets.

I'm mixed on the women's show. I can understand the reasoning behind having one. A hierarchy can develop. A proper mid-card, tag division, etc. would give the women a chance to develop meaning in their programs. The key word there is "chance," because I don't know how nuanced or effective this show is going to be in achieving those goals. The cruiserweights have their own show and it sucks.

If Triple H handled it and got it to run off indy geek support, I could see it working -- but I don't know if it would make them any money. I think they're better off just having good women's storylines on the main roster and not fucking their talent up.

I'd rather them get a special. A two or three hour show where they are the focus. Sign some free agents, or at least give them a few matches for the sake of an attraction, and include some male talent in lower-card roles.

* Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley in the main event

* Asuka vs. Gail Kim

* Kairi Hojo vs. Io Shirai

* Hair vs. Hair Match: Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James

* The Miz & Maryse vs. Johnny Gargano & Candice LeRae

* Emma vs. Paige (if you can get her back in a good place)

* Natayla vs. Naomi

* Hardcore Match: Nikki Cross vs. Ruby Riot

* The Fashion Police (w/ Summer Rae) vs. Akira Tozawa & Rich Swann (w/ Alicia Fox)

* Tamina vs. Nia Jax

* Billie Kay & Peyton Royce get humbled by Sara Amaro & Sarah Stock

A lot of those matches are unnecessary, and you can scrap the NXT stuff, but the Four Horsewomen colliding, Asuka facing Gail Kim (or possibly the winner of the Mae Young Classic) and Hojo vs. Shirai would seal the deal for me.

You might be on to something there Noid. Maybe drop a few of the smaller single-brand "PPVs" that feel really lightweight, and do a "Women's Special" twice a year.

For a special show, to help make it feel special, I think it would be worth it. You don't need to have these "free agents" on RAW and SmackDown or even exist outside the women's special continuity. And they need a lot more depth in terms of women's talent -- especially if they are going to put on a show worth watching, lest it ends up like 205 Live with Charlotte in the Neville role.

The problem is they're making a lot of TV but not really using most of that time well. RAW is a slog at best but despite having three hours they still struggle to fill the time with anything of value.

Full Sail is a great resource, as they know they can put any decent wrestling on and get a good crowd reaction which will make for better TV. So they should use that better.

I'd have a women's show and 205 live filmed at Full Sail moving up to tapings every week, either filming an episode of NXT, 205 and a women's show every week or just having a cycle of filming several episodes of one on one week and another the next.

Off set this by cutting down on lower profile PPVs and and some of the shite network content like Holy Foley.
