I loved Rise of the Planet of the Apes......
I also enjoyed Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, but for some reason I have not watched it since I saw it in the theaters so I don't really remember much about it...... I'm sure I will enjoy this movie and go see it in the theaters when it comes out....... Even though these movies are the source of my ape uprising anxiety fears whenever I see pictures/videos of apes doing "smart things" (sorry Triple A) |

One of the best movies series to come out in 30 years. I cant wait. I just wish they could keep the same actors in them.

Didn't some disease kill off the majority of humanity in this series? It's been a while since I saw the first two so I can't remember for sure...
Anyway, this looks pretty cool. I'll likely wait to see it at the dollar theater though. |

Yes. At the end of the first one, a disease starts to spread. By the 2nd one, much of humanity has vanished. Seems like this one is going to kick off what we would eventually see in the original.
