Kershaw gave up some hard contact in the fifth until Jason Heyward decided to be Jason Heyward.

I really wish that Adrian Gonzalez did not play for the Dodgers so I could like him.

invested in Kershaw's performance right now. Chicago can just win in 5 games instead of a sweep.

Why not bring Kershaw out for the 8th, he hasn't even hit 90 pitches. Give him a batter.

Damn...Jensen has balls.
Kinda glad the Dodgers won this one just to guarantee more baseball. Still think the Cubs will be able to slam any starter other than Kershaw. |

Dodgers play some fun baseball. Obviously cubs do as well, but most Dodgers games are pretty high octane.

Keith Law is really an idiot. The guy has complained about Tebow's attempt at a baseball career from the second he had his tryout. Then he waited until a day in which Tebow wasn't playing to write yet another article blasting him.
For a guy who is tired of Tebow getting media attention, he sure does write a lot about him. |

Love the Tebow haters. From the little I heard he is a semi decent minor league player. Probably won't make it to the majors right?
I am sure he knows this too but fuck it Becsuse if he enjoys playing baseball then let the man play. |

He has no chance at making the majors. He hit a few HRs in the instructional league but now that he's facing actual prospects he's getting dominated as expected. He hasn't been able to square up to 90 MPH fastballs.
But the thing is...EVERYBODY ALREADY KNOWS it was a publicity stunt/money grab. But I fail to see why that matters. The Mets are making free money off of this as are the fucking Arizona Fall League. It's like Keith Law's bosses at ESPN told him he needed to write about Tebow, and he's butt hurt about it. |

Bautista said that "circumstances" are against the Jays and implied the fix was in.
Why would the league want to rig a World Series against Toronto? |

OH I get it. The league won't allow a Canadian team to win during a Presidential election year.
Oh wait... |

Canadian courts recently ruled against banning the Indians logo from being worn on Cleveland's jerseys for their ALCS games in Toronto.
Whole issue started after an indigenous Canadian activist filed a suit against the team claiming the logo and team name violated Canada's human right code. MLB deferred on the side of Cleveland but did tease they understand why some would find the name and logo offensive. Also deferred because they legit had no time to even consider the idea of postponing or moving the games to a different location because of how late it was filed. http://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/1...ians-name-logo |

Nobody cares Droford.
In more interesting news, this series has been ridiculously close. Credit to Cleveland. They're stifling an offense with a depleted pitching staff. Francona doing a marvelous bullpen job this postseason. |
