Do Reigns vs Joe when HHH goes after him next to keep the title where he wants it and eliminate him as a threat. Swerve being HHH siding with Reigns at Mania to complete his turning to the darkside. Have an enraged Joe chasing them down post Mania.
Zayn vs HHH is easy too when Zayn sticks up for Rollins, and HHH promises to crush him at Mania, not because he is a threat, just cause he wants to and has nothing to do. Zayn having to prove himself. Could be two great matches and sets up post Mania well.. Would prefer they just left HHH off now and Taker off too. He looked terrible in the Rumble and obviously needs surgery. |

Fuck! This sucks so bad for Seth. Like I can't even imagine his feeling right now. When he does return, this match with Triple H is going to be fucking fire hot.
I'd say leave Triple H off the card it's already over crowded anyway and he isn't adding much to a show that is already going to be pretty awesome. However if he must be on then I think he needs to go against Balor, Sami or Joe. I don't know how it works but it's gotta be someone who can be elevated from that type of match. Would also enjoy Braun Strowman squashing Triple H. |

Other option is HHH whining about his lack of Mania opponent and laughing about Rollins misfortune, saying a guy of his pedigree has few peers in the history of the business...
..cue Kurt Angle's music. Easy to build up a match like that with their history, and would be the one HHH match at this stage that I would be excited about seeing. |

WWE gonna end up with an old school, ridiculously long built match next year at WrestleMania. They'll have been feuding for a year and a half without even really touching.

Joe is probably the right way to go now if they're dead set on HHH still wrestling. It's an easy enough story to tell. Zayn vs Triple H would just be silly.

I'd rather see Joe vs Roman as Roman stands up for Seth, Taker doesn't face Roman but takes on Strowman, and Triple H and Shane have a family feud.

Triple H vs Shane is easy, Shane is pissed that Trips keeps getting involved and manipulating above his head (IE Handing KO the title, and now Joe) and wants to stop him. (Triple H can call up NXT or "his" guys to take out Smackdown members), showing new talent on TV and building their feud. |

The problem with Taker not being hurt is that no matter who he works with in the match at Mania, he is not coming out unscathed. He is going to be hurt in some capacity

Didn't he come back early from this last injury? I could be wrong about that, but wasn't he supposed to be out for 9 months and came back in 6 or something.

I dunno, I slowed the gif down and it looks like Joe is to blame.
It looks like Joe lifts his legs above Rollins' knee then falls back and on the way down, his leg lands on Rollins' knee causing the knee to take the force of being knocked, but also all the weight of Joe and Rollins' own weight. If Joe would have waited until Rollins was perfectly in position, this wouldn't have happened. It looks like Joe fell back a bit early. |

One more look and not arguing with your slow mo....watch when Rollins is lined up perfectly with Joe....and watch Joe's right leg start his jump, I don't think he knew Seth was gonna keep turning.

Besides Rollins, Jericho (ankle) and Rich Swann (foot) were also injured within the span of a day. Looks like Papa Shango decided to start his curse late for this year's Road to Mania.
WWE could probably easily transition into a Joe-HHH feud by having HHH try to take all credit for Rollins injury or boss around Joe too much that he resents being just a lackey. Wouldn't really need to turn Joe face for it to work since people would still want to see Joe destroy someone at Mania. |

Joe almost kills Kidd and now this.
I dont think hes sloppy, but he goes FUCKING hard and stiff and this shit will happen. He definitely goes after the clutch awkwardly and blow out Rollins Knee. |

Seth put himself in danger, his legs and whole body are all over the place when Joe does his really basic move. This is something I've noticed in the past, some guys seem to be willy nilly with their bodies, Seth is one of those guys. He's always got limbs going every direction, look at how he sold Joe's beat down throwing himself upside down into the barricades. An example is how he jumps off things landing on his feet, Ambrose does it too when he suicide dives out of the ring and lands on his feet; that is just begging to hurt knees and ankles.

But really though it's crazy how good at submission wrestling Samoa Joe is. The guy locks in a choke and tears a guys knee while doing it. Impressive

I remember watching a lacrosse fight and one guy got punched in the face, broke his ankle, and got his ear ripped in the net as he fell down....good old days.

I don't think it's either of their faults. Just an accident.
Nobody's taken heat for any of Seth's accidents so I don't think anyone is in shit. |

Tough spot to put the WWE again. Seems like a lot of injuries surround Seth. It's not put a monkey wrench into two straight Manias, as well as whatever they had planned for Valor after SummerSlam last year. That's a lot of TV time wasted because of injuries involving Rollins, whether they were accidents or not. WWE proved last year they could shuffle the chairs and pull off a great show, here's hoping they do the same this year.
