I don't mind Booker at all, I thought he was a fresh addition to the broadcast team, but Coach has much more of a professional presence since he was at ESPN.

They don't TAKE away from a match, but a lack of quality commentating won't add to a match. What's Mankind getting flung off the cell without JR going "GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY HE BROKE HIM IN HALF"?

That's basically it. Definitely enhances a story and can help sell the emotion of moments. It raises them to iconic stature. You are never, ever getting that with the current commentary team. Ever.

How much did JR help the Attitude era and Austin get over? Imagine Michael Cole's forced laughter during those moments, or some forced sound-byte, or him constantly saying "The Rebellious Rattlesnake" Stone Cold Steve Austin.
