Titus' statement is really good, and goes one step further than The New Day's in pointing out that he doesn't believe Hogan gets the point he was apologizing for, in that he shouldn't have said those things in the first place, and that being recorded is not the point.
You can tell he takes his role in the public eye seriously. That's why the company has bent over backwards giving him other roles that don't put him front and center in the ring. |

In the wake of current events, I too have a statement to issue:
Fuck Hulk Hogan. Thank you. Godspeed. |

Is this Hogan action something that will prevent you from paying for WWE in the future? I know that is a tough question, this is something you've loved for years. I think WWE would be wise to end this situation and end the relationship with Hogan for good. |

You know 10 years ago Titus, New Day would be put under the rug for speaking out like this. It's a good sign that there is jack shit they can do about it now without a violent blow back.

I dunno. New Day has been losing to Sanity, and Titus has been losing to everyone.

Well New Day may have been heading for a split before all of this so I'll give it another few weeks to see what happens. I haven't even seen a Titus match in months.

Talent are speaking out all the time. Apparently The Miz made statements about the WWE Title not headlining a show. Titus O'Neil can say whatever he wants. Finn Balor can make passive aggressive tweets about not being over. Dolph can say he's better than everybody. Daniel Bryan can talk about creative not listening to him and the company using him way more than he wanted to be.
They're so afraid of firing anybody that the talent can have this company by the balls. |

Given that News was a world class Judoka and a psychopath, Andre made the right decision

Some new details and rumors regarding the locker room meeting WWE had for Hogan:
* According to the Observer's Dave Meltzer, Triple H was the one responsible for this meeting. * Also according Meltzer, Hogan's apology came off as less sincere due to him implying he was sorry mainly because he got caught than for saying racist stuff. Same for WWE's main lesson of what happens when you are taped instead of not saying racist/bigoted stuff to begin with. * Meltzer also reported Hogan expected the locker room to fully bond with him after his speech and to just act like the locker room of his time. In terms of disapproval, Meltzer stated over half of the locker room was unhappy afterwards but nobody is going to really speak out due to fear of pissing off the company. * Also found out from his sources, WWE cared a lot more about fan and sponsors reactions than their locker room's reaction when it came to Hogan's reinstatement. * According to the Observer's Bryan Alvarez, WWE is really upset at reports of them taping Hogan's apology for future use. * Rumors going around online is that WWE likely did tape this meeting but quickly dropped any plans to use the footage due to the negative backlash online. Also rumored WWE was surprised Hogan's apology didn't get unanimous approval since they were likely expecting their talent to use social media to put in a good word for Hogan afterwards. |

Honestly... it probably would have gone over with Hogan's nostalgia-induced equity if he had apologized the right way. How he could go in there and talk about being taped absolutely blows my mind. Like how fucking stupid are you? If WWE vetted this speech and though him being taped was a sticking point, I have no words.
