I live in Ottawa, ON, so we're known for getting shafted for shows. Damn you Montreal and Toronto.
Wait... we had Rico's debut. I had rinside seats. |

I'm actually from a suburb but Atlanta of course is known for WCW. Also the Battle of Atlanta involving promoter Ann Gunkel.

I'm from a small town in East TN that Smokey Mountain ran shows in, they were the hometown promotion when I was young. Now I live in NYC so, you know.

I think there has been a total of 2 or 3 RAWs aired from here in two different buildings during the entire existence of RAW. That's... something. And I think Michael Hayes mentioned a story about showing up to Youngstown fucked up and pissing off Andre in the process.
I dunno. Would be a far easier question if this were about boxing. |

If we're going by birth place. I share the same town as Vampiro.
IF we are going by where I live, there is really nothing in Kannapolis, but nearby Charlotte is a whole different story. |

Nothing in Vinton Iowa but Cedar Rapids held WCW Clash of the Champions 1994 with Hogan vs Flair.
Otherwise elsewhere in Iowa Seth Rollins Lance Cade Jesse Godderz Matt Bentley Clarence Mason Frank Gotch Heather Monroe from SHIMMER Danny Havoc Alex Payne (ROH) and a bunch of indy wrestlers. |

Technically, neighboring Concord which is right next to my town held TNA Bound for Glory in 2015.
So Matt Hardy won the TNA Title here. |

Lansing, MI: Sabu lived or lives somewhere I think on the south side of town. He's related to the Farhat family of whom I know a couple personally (neither have anything to do with wrestling though, but still, very nice folks), and their family ran and I think still runs a promotion called AWWL (All-World Wrestling League) out of a town maybe 30-45 minutes ESE of here.
East Lansing once hosted a televised episode of SD way back in the early days of the show I think in 1999. |

Cardiff's claims to wrestling fame are:
Mark Andrews ATTACK Pro Wrestling runs it's biggest shows here Cathays Community Centre seems to have been a bit of a hotspot in British wrestling history (although that might be overstating it) That time Triple H turned up at an ICW show happened here A few others from the UK division from nearby (Flash Morgan Webster, Eddie Dennis, Wild Boar, Nixon Newell) |

Since then, we've got Dean Ambrose and Angelo Dawkins of WWE fame. Also some ROH chick. Kelly Kline, I think? oVe and Sami Callihan are from Dayton, just 45 minutes north of here.

Nothing directly for me as I'm in a small town in New Jersey. The closest I have in claim is that Chris Candido & Tammy Sytch grew up & lived about 25 min away from me. At one point in time, that was kinda cool trivia. Maybe not so much these days.

I'd say Angelo Poffo's International Championship Wrestling outlaw promotion. Was based in Lexington, KY and would run shows around the area. My uncle has told me he's partied with Randy Savage when they were running shows in a neighboring town of ours.
