The movie is Reptilicus.
Limited bits. Oswald and Day were very minor in the debut. More focus on introducting the new tenants of the SOL |

The new host i think will easily be the best at the scetches. Riffing is solid, but youve got joel and oswald writing so i dont want to give all the credit...
The main cast has good chemistry so i feel pretty good about it. Gypsys new voice was the most jarring... |

I liked some of it, but it felt way too much like a fan-project to me and Wil Wheaton blocked me on Twitter.
Some of the riffing was decent from what I saw (haven't finished), but I never found myself laughing hard or at all. I firmly believe that every show will get better with practice, so I'm hoping that after I get through the first show the rest improve. That being said, I was biased against Mike at first too. Now I can go back and enjoy his stuff too. |

Yeah i dont think its fair to be overly critical of a pilot. Ill make a critique spmewhere between ep 4 and 7 most like. But i feel really positive about it. I think its going to be a good run.

I'd like to get a hold of the original first season or even just an episode or two but I think it's long gone. They refer to the second season as the first usually. Even Wiki has the 1988 series down as "Series 0"...
The earliest one I can find is The Crawling Eye. |

Yeah it's one of the more awkward ones.
I'm watching Attack Of The Eye Creatures. Apparently Joel invents Rickrolling in this one. The film looks fantastically bad. |

We should pick a five minute clip and riff it ourselves.

I finally got to episode 4 of the new season after finishing the 20 from Mike and Joel.
Haven't laughed at all during Avalanche. Celebrity cameos make me cringe too. |

Avalanche was a bit hard on riffing to be honest. Outside some really annoying parts, it was just average and not really awful.
It might have been a bad idea to watch the original episodes first. Few things compare to Pod People and Zombie Nightmare. |

I can understand that, the new guy is very likable and different from both Mike and Joel. However, the original Crow, Tom Servo, TV's Frank, and Dr. Forrester all had such amazing chemistry which this show lacks.
I hate the chick and I'm really not into Son of TV's Frank. Riffing for me has been either really good (Big Foot episode) or just sad (Hercules). I'm going to keep trying, but I'm noticing things I don't like way too much. The theme song is awful. |

Love the theme and i LOVE felicia day. Patton Oswald i could take or leave. New crow im good with but new servo im not behind at all. He sounds too similar to Jonah and far too often im left wondering who was delivering the line
