In ring is an aspect. But its way down the list for me. Its all subjective to their market though.
For me Jericho is like a jack of all trades master of none kind of guy. Hes good at a lot of things but it leaves him lacking in a best of competition. Plus he never even sort of became a draw. Post 02 HBM was a solid draw. Not amazing but more than Jericho. |

Went Shawn here. I feel he's just a 1/4 notch above Jericho as IMO he's had more memorable matches and almost always looks great @WMs whether in victory or defeat. Not to mention becoming the first Grand Slam Champion and his run with the original DX.

LOL, Just got a new smartphone (first one ever, actually, all I had before were flip "dumb" cell phones), and it likes to auto-correct a lot when it shouldn't, so I have to tap what I typed if what I wanted to say I don't want auto-corrected. Pain in my ass.
PS - Fixed now. |

Chris Jericho. Absolutely GOAT, anyone who disagrees is wrong, it's a scientifically proven fact.

I like Jericho but this is pretty easy. HBK takes it in every category.

Was writing out a post explaining why I was going to pick HBK, but then in the process of doing so, I convinced myself to vote for Chris Jericho. So I started writing another post about why I picked Chris Jericho, but while doing so I convinced myself to vote for HBK.
I think I'm going to take some more time to mull this over, and not sure that when the time comes I will be able to provide coherent reasoning for my pick.... |

OK so I have to go with Jericho he can literally do everything(wrestlingwise he does it really really well)
and has been constantly entertaining (I also maintain that HBK is just above average on the mic) Jericho may not get the level of praise HBK enjoys but he is absolutely every bit the wrestler and performer Shawn was even moreso because Y2J never had to find his smile again. AND HE GOT A FUCKING CLIPBOARD OVER! say what you want Shawn couldn't pull that off (DX made dick jokes didn't have to try too hard there) |

Real close for me. Jericho has really just been on fire everytime he comes back. His overall career is unreal but HBK edges it out for me in the end.

Jericho not as good in the ring but definitely the way better promo and I think better heel (recently watching Michael's 97 run)

Jericho is talented and a good personality. Good interview and entertaining in comedy aspects.
HBK on another level in ring. It is arguably the best American wrestler of all time vs a guy who was 6/10 in the ring and never even a top 5 guy in any company he worked for. I can see people arguing Jericho based on what entertained them growing up. He definitely entertained me, but he is nowhere near Shawn Michaels as a wrestler, entertaining as he was. |

Jericho was at least 7.5-8 in the ring during his prime. Calling him a 6 is an injustice.

Ok, maybe a 7, but what is the scale here? If you are just talking in ring?
If the likes of HBK and Angle are 10's? A lot of guys on today's roster are better than Jericho was in the ring imo. Guys like Styles, Bryan, Eddie, Rey would be your 9's Guys like Cesaro, Rollins and even his mate Lance Storm are all quicker and more athletic. Probably a 7, but my underlining point was there are a LOT of guys over the course of Jericho's career that were better than him from a purely in ring perspective. |

I don't think Jericho would have gotten anywhere if it wasn't for his personality, is what I am saying.

I'd give Jericho an 8 in the ring. Michaels is a 10 though without question.

Michaels vs Jericho at WrestleMania MIGHT be the best Jericho match I've seen.
It doesn't crack the top 10 for best HBK matches I've seen. Maybe not even the top 20. |

Yeah, Shawn has had a lot of better quality WM matches with frankly way higher caliber opponents than Y2J, such as Flair, Kurt, 'Taker, Austin...arguably even Bret.
