Yes. I would defend a woman if the sex was reversed in this case. And it would have 0 to do with her sex. To clarify, I'm talking about false allegations, not rape allegations. I could have been more clear by saying "on charges of filing a false report." I thought that was inherent in "that she was actually making it up?"
