It was reported by Jason DeMarco, of [adult swim], that the one who voiced Dr. Weird and Steve on 'Aqua Teen Hunger Force', as well as Zorak on 'Space Ghost Coast To Coast' and Moltar from the 1st era of 'Toonami', C. Martin Croker, died earlier tonight at his home at age 54.

This makes him, sadly, the 1st person associated with Toonami Creative to have passed away.
