I could see Bryan winning, but Triple H beating him up after the match as someone suggested and nobody expects Bryan to make it to the main event. The main event starts off slow with Orton vs Batista and everyone is booing. Suddenly Bryan runs out to a huge pop and enters the match. Bryan has someone lined up for the running knee when Triple H comes out again and tries to screw Bryan only to have Punk run out of the crowd and attack Triple H. Punk takes Triple H out of the match, but Batista goes for the Batista Bomb only to have Bryan counter it and hit the running knee, 1-2-3. Bryan and Punk have a Guerrero/Benoit moment hugging while confetti rains down. Yes chant, and that's how WM ends. Smarks wet dream that won't happen like that? Probably. Bryan winning has a good chance but the pop Punk would get after running in with street clothes ala Roddy Piper at WM IX would be amazing.

Triple H needs to be taken out for the rest of the night for this to mean a lot. If Bryan just surprises him with a roll-up pin and he comes out later as a monster I think it would suck.
Triple H VS. Bryan has to be a classic. Both men need to give it everything. That way when Bryan heads into the Main Event it's like when Terry Funk beat Sandman and Stevie Richards, then immediately faced a fresh Raven for the title. Great dynamic, the fans in the crowd go insane and everybody gets an awesome Wrestlemania moment. |

John Cena turns heel to end The Streak in front of over 100,000+ fans at WrestleMania in AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas. BOOK IT. 2 of the biggest possible moments in wrestling history combined into one.

That would be amazing. I mean, DBryan and Punk are selling a shit ton of merch... WWE has enough baby faces. Heel Cena would give him so many more years of freshness. He could work the same old programs from a completely different angle.

Even a return by HBK and challenge at Wrestlemania would be just another match with no real payoff, honestly, but having him be a part of the ending of the streak would serve a major purpose. It would be entertaining, but would never happen. Cena loves the children. |

Punk will return eventually though I don't think it will be at Mania and if he does it would be to interfere with the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar match I suspect in retaliation against Heyman leading to another Punk and Brock feud.
As for Daniel Bryan I think it is obvious what is going to happen but the question is how exactly will it happen? I do see Triple H and his cronies getting involved trying to cost Daniel Bryan the match whether this be Kane, the NAOs etc. Bryan will be helped out by the faces who have been victims of the Authority over the course of the last few months Cena, Big Show, Ziggler maybe Sheamus in there too leaving Bryan to put the yes lock on Batista who will tap out and then all the faces celebrate together in the ring. It will be like Starrcade 1997 when all the faces celebrated with Sting. Whilst I do want to see the Authority storyline wound down at some point it would nice to have an old fashioned faction v faction feud to end I.e. The Authority led by Triple H with the heels vs The yes movement led by Daniel Bryan with the faces. I also wonder if Hulk Hogan might play some kind of role in the main event? Though he can't wrestle anymore nothing stopping him punching Triple H or Orton in the face, leg drop may be a bridge too far? |

Punk should win the Andre the Giant Battle Royal and then leave again and stick Andre in his fridge.

If Punk returns at Mania it will be as a heel. No way do they help Punk save Undertaker. No way.

I think we've all accepted that the streak will never end. It would be stupid to end it now at such an advanced stage and honestly I don't think there's anyone worthy of ending it. Maybe had there been Taker v Hogan at their prime before we even spoke about streaks or Sting ten years earlier. The streak is very much part of the Undertaker's aura and to end it IMO would take away a part of what has made the character iconic in wrestling terms. It would be great if he could wrestle more than just once a year then perhaps having him drop a match or two in dubious circumstances would be manageable. |

Also all this talk about Punk not being a main eventer strictly speaking he has never closed out WM but on the other hand he was world champ for god knows how long so I don't think he can complain about not being given the spotlight.
In retrospect I would have had him win the Royal Rumble but then I don't think big Dave would have agreed to comeback just to lose. Another option would have been to have Bryan win the Rumble and really build the whole underdog story. Mind they still have the story as it is but it kind of denigrates the whole winning the rumble for a spot on the wm main event thing if it was going to be made into a triple threat match. For me the wm main event should always be a world title singles match between the rr winner and the champion. |

Also Andre the giant memorial battle Royale? Wtf? I swear they give that guy far more credit than he deserves and bit rubbish to have them battle it out for a cruddy trophy. Maybe a title shot at the next ppv?

I asked this before, how do you end Undertaker's career without ending the streak? Do you end it at Rumble? Do you have him retire without losing? What's the great storyline that ends Undertaker? I can't think of a good reason not to end the streak since it is synonymous with the man himself. Undertaker can't keep doing this forever even at one match a year. So where and how do you say goodbye? |

The streak won't end at wm30. Not when they have Sting waiting to be unleashed and potential match with undertaker which would be a no sell without the streak. |

I think it's a little odd storylinewise for people to think it makes sense for the streak to remain intact with Undertaker retires. And let's all be honest with ourselves, if that happens, we all know that Vince will die and Stephanie will bring a 70 year old Undertaker out at WMXXXXX to job the Miz Jr. Might as well end it in spectacular fashion. |

THE RUN IN. The most important run-in in WWE history. The run-in that ends the historic Wrestlemania streak.
THE HEAT...just imagine how much heat that would get if CM Punk returned and only to fuck over Undertaker. How do you not see that as worthwhile? The following Raw you'd see Brock and CM Punk getting trash thrown at 'em. It's the ultimate betrayal, it'd be the best heel turn since Hogan joined the NWO. Fuck, CM Punk could come out in a suit, cover all his tats...would be amazing. |

Punk should just wait until Summer Slam time to return. There's really no place on the card for him. The only feud going into Mania that made sense for him was Triple H, but now that spot's taken.

And about Taker's streak. It shouldn't end. And if it does, the only man now or ever that deserves to do it is Cena.
