JBL never reached that legend status that Brock is already in. Sure JBL is awesom3 but he is one or two tiers below Brock.

Brock Lesnar.
Never really cared for JBL other than when he was WWE champion back in 2004. |

JBL by a mile. Equal in the ring. JBL's mic skills are so far beyond Lesnar's capabilities . Definitely has that"it" factor

This is a very hard choice because of the mic skills vs. "Presence" debate.....

Brock in a landslide. JBL was a decent enough brawler but nowhere on the same shit-kicker level as Lesnar. He didn't possess any of the technical ability that Brock's initial WWE run had, either.

Gave JBL a pity vote. He had many great matches as Undisputed WWE Champion, especially against Undertaker, and yes, he cut amazing promos. I also really loved The Cabinet, and his U.S. title run.
JBL, you, sir, make me so damned proud to be an American! USA#1! |

JBL sucked as Justin Hawk Bradshaw. He sucked in the New Blackjacks. I don't remember anything he did in the Ministry/corporate ministry, he was pretty great in the APA from 2000-maybe 2001. He sucked in 2002-2003. He was great as JBL. Great in his first announcing run. Sucks this time around.
Brock Lesnar was awesome from 2002-2004. He's been pretty awesome since he came back with only a few stinkers on his resume. Lesnar wins. |

2002 I didn't like it that much... granted that was when I was near done watching wrestling for a few years (I think I stopped from 2003-2007) and I've never gone back and watched it.

Brock. JBL was a mid-card guy who had a good main event push for a year. Brock has arguably been in the main event since a few months after his debut....

JBL was awesome. Definitely going with Brock on this though. That presence and credibility Brock brings with him is just way too much for JBL to overcome with his mic skills.

I love both of the guys but Brock for me. Even though jbl was pretty well 86.5943% responsible for the attitude era I just never anticipated a jbl match the same way I do for Brock.
In fact, Brock is the sole reason I am tuning in for raw tonight. |

Two sure fire main eventers. JBL would have been an absolute legend in territory days. He knew how to be a real heel. He was fantastic.
But Brock is a global superstar because of just how impressive he is physical and his special type of charisma. He is one of a kind |

I hated JBLs entrance music and the limo.
Great clothesline though. Real solid mid-card guy. |

I liked how JBL wanted to send the illegals back to Mexico but Brock was a better rassler and im sure he doesn't like illegal mexicans either

Lesnar.
JBL was better in terms of promo skills and gimmicks but felt Lesnar was better in terms of wrestling skills, stardom, and overall package. |

Seems nearly unanimous: a good promo alone isnt enough to be better, and by the transitive property a bad promo then shouldnt make you worse

I can't really explain why, but I'm voting for JBL.
Tried to type our several explanations, but they all seemed like reasons to vote for Brock Lesnar. Which I probably should, but I'm not gonna. |

Lesnar, and not really too close either. While I enjoyed JBL I don't think he had the ability in the ring and presence Lesnar does. JBL may have been better on the mic, that isn't enough to get my vote.

I still don't see how Lesnar is a "bad promo." He's like a Scott Steiner can't miss type promo.

JBL could talk and hit hard, but as far as being a great 'wrestler' or bringing anything particularly new, innovative or different it just isn't the case. Great commentator but also sounds like a colossal arsehole backstage.
Brock is just something else. Nothing else like him in terms of presence and just genuine belivability. So Brock. |

The 3 people who voted for JBL over Brock Lesnar either misclicked or are delusional beyond repair. No reason ever could justify that choice.
tl;dr Gertner, Lock Jaw, and to a lesser extent DAMN iNATOR are all retarded. |
