Road Dogg was insanely over in The Attitude Era, and it could be argued that for awhile he got the second best pop behind Austin every single night....
Both guys had their demons and probably could have been used better, but Waltman still gets my vote.... |

Road Dogg was the Enzo of the Attitude Era. Terrible in the ring and only over because he did the same exact spiel on the mic every night. The fans stopped giving a fuck about him as soon as he stopped doing his usual speech.
X-Pac was miles and miles better in the ring and got so much shit from the fans he didn't deserve. |

I was very tempted to vote Road Dogg just to spite everyone and kill the shutout but I went in favor of it this time.

By voting against X-Pac to end the streak, Shisen got everything he ever wanted and he'll never give that back.
Oh I know he hates X-Factor but you don't have to look at him like that I said you don't have to look at him like that. |

Pac is one of the all-time underrated great WWF in-ringers. Dogg was entertaining for a year or two there, but Pac was great in a ton of roles. Underdog babyface? Yep. Cocky prick as Syxx? Yep. Cool degenerate? Yep. Hands down.

X-Pac.
Felt like with a couple of other recent matchups, Road Dogg was way better as a tag wrestler than singles and X-Pac having more memorable career/moments with his singles career. In terms of splits, give the edge to X-Pac in terms of in-ring skills, Road Dogg the edge in promo skills, and toss up on gimmicks/characters. |

Regardless of who wins this, we can all agree that neither man is a match for the white blinding fury of El Bino.

Remember when Road Dogg and Billy Gunn made a random return and beat Cody Rhodes & Goldust for the Tag Team Titles after their amazing win and little run? He should be down-voted for that alone.

Thinking about the New Age Outlaws comeback has made me realize that The Ascension has been on the main roster for almost three years now. I just went onto Wikipedia to confirm. Their page is hilarious. Here are some excerpts:
"From September 2015 to early 2016, The Ascension were paired with Stardust to form a stable known as "The Cosmic Wasteland". This did not last long and was disbanded as Rhodes left the company, leaving Konnor and Viktor battling lower mid-card obscurity since." - From their introductory paragraph "The Ascension were amazing in NXT then the WWE dropped the ball when they moved them up to the main roster. I have sympathy for Konnor, Viktor. They toiled so hard over the years in NXT and then the main roster management just ruins everything they have worked so hard for. A crying shame to be sure." - A box to the side talking about their WWE run "Meanwhile, during this period, the Ascension lost 10 and 12 times (on television) to the Prime Time Players and the Lucha Dragons respectively." - A sentence describing their run after their winning streak ended |

I thought The Cosmic Wasteland was the best possible use of The Ascension. Nobody should ever take them seriously so turning them into Rocksteady and Bebop made sense.
I'll give it up to Konnor. Somehow he's stayed employed for ages and he has a hot wife. |

I legitimately forgot that little grouping existed. Konnor must have the same photos Zack Ryder does.

Yes X-Pac is the better wrestler and I'd rather see him in the ring so I guess I made a serious vote going by the question on the poll if I had to give a reason but i do like Road Dogg and the Outlaws better if we are talking mic or gimmick wise. I did want to see the shutout too
