Box for the Shovel Knight amiibo allows the ability to scan without taking the figurine out since Yacht Club wanted to please collectors and in a way help ensure more of the figurine would be available in stores.

Just the green one. It was like £3 more for the game with the amiibo vs without. I can't see me getting into it any further, maybe a fourth one day so I can have a full Smash team.

Ryu's amiibo appears to be getting released earlier than originally announced.

Some details on what the Zelda series amiibo's will do for the upcoming Twilight Princess HD remake. Ganondorf amiibo basically acts as a new hard mode for the game.

Nintendo announced a few Pokemon amiibo figurines will be getting a re-release as part of the upcoming 20th Anniversary for Pokemon.

Was part of the larger announcement for the next wave and dates for amiibos.

Cool... still missing Jigglypuff

I'm surprised Nintendo hasn't started a full line of Pokemon amiibo. That would literally finance them for the next 2 decades alone. It's gotta be in their pipeline

I'd imagine they'd make Pokemon amiibo cards, like with the Animal Crossing ones. Making 700+ figurines seems a bit much.

Think that would be Game Freaks decision since they are really picky and stubborn with how the Pokemon franchise gets used. They have enough clout with Nintendo to get away with it even if Nintendo wanted to do something else.

My Lucas amiibo came in the mail today. I really like it. The pose and the quality and size and everything just look good. One of my fav ones I think.

Nintendo revealed plans for a new amiibo figurine were recently scrapped due to legal concerns.

naw, Nintendo of America has handled stock levels pretty bad all around. there's plenty of stock of a lot of the rarer ones in most European countries and even Japan (where Nintendo anything is exponentially more popular than in the US)
