Someone said the Wizards are a sleeper to get Lebron cause they have cap room, in the eastern division and have the talent to win a championship with him. I say fuck that.

While that would be awesome, would love him on the Nuggets more. No chance of that probably, but a man can dream.
He'll probably stay with Miami just do a different deal so that maybe they can sign some better players so he isn't stuck out there by himself if they can get back to the finals. |

If Wade and Bosh opt out then all 3 are prob re-signing with Miami, ala those rumors about them luring Carmelo into the fold.
Wade needs to be the one to take a huge pay cut, though. He is worthless nowadays. "Hey I'm going to sit out half the season and get paid for it so I can play better in the playoffs...oh wait I still suck in crunch time now, too." He should maybe consider hanging it up, honestly. FFS tired of editing posts because auto-correct results in auto-fail most of the time. |

Heat currently planning on finding a way to move up in the draft to get Shabazz Napier from UConn as a way to keep Lebron from leaving.
Big problem is they barely have anything to offer and they waited too long to tell him to stop doing workouts to lower his draft value. |

Mavs & Knicks about to swing a trade that would send Tyson Chandler and Raymond Felton to Dallas for Jose Calderon, Sam Dalembert, Shane Larkin, Wayne Ellington, and a future 2nd round pick.
Don't know what Phil's up to, but that's quite a haul we get back if this gets approved. |

Apparently they got picks #34 and 51 for the draft tomorrow. I like it for the Knicks.

Yeah that's a phenomenal trade for the Knicks. I liked Chandler but he seemed to get banged up quite a bit, and getting rid of Felton automatically makes the trade a win.

That trade also assures Carmelo won't be a Knick.

I don't think it affects Carmelo either way. Felton is terrible and Chandler was nothing special at all last year. It also opens the Knicks up to make more moves with the draft picks and assets.
That said, I thought Carmelo was as good as gone even before the trade. |

Adam Silver going Heyman on the draft crowd. He should repeat "The San Antonio Spurs have won the NBA championship" before each pick.

The fact they can't announce draft day trades is horrible. They need to change it now. Part of what makes the NFL draft exciting.

Vonleh fell to the Lakers, but Randle is clearly more NBA ready. Always comes down to potential v. NBA ready players.

Knicks and Mavs among the teams currently interested in Pau Gasol. Knicks want him both as a replacement for Tyson Chandler and as an incentive for Melo to resign with them. Mavs want him as a way to entice Melo into signing with them.

Dwade is going to opt out.
There cannot be a big market out there for him. He'll resign at a reduced amount, and Lebron I bet will also resign at a reduced amount. |

The only of the big 3 in Miami I see actually leaving is Bosh, because he's asking way to much for his attributes. Sacrificed his value when he signed with the Heat.

Nets likely looking for a new coach soon after a recent fallout between management and Jason Kidd. Kidd wanted more power while the Nets refused so now he's considering working for the Bucks next season.

Really hope the Jazz sign Jameer Nelson to help out Exum and Burke. Hopefully Hayward comes back. Jazz have a ton of young talent.

If the Bulls do not land Melo I would love for them to go after Lance. If Indiana does not want to pay him I will gladly take him.

That dude is crazy. I don't want him in a Bulls jersey either. He's a circus act, not a basketball player. |

He is a circus act on a team with no leadership. Besides for West, Lance was the only player playing with passion against the Heat. He just has to tone it down a tad and he will be fine. Just like Rodman.
