When Manny hits his next HR the Os will have 3 guys with 30+ no other team has more than 1 although Boston and Toronto are close to having 2. Adam Jones is sitting on 24 so they will have 4 guys with 30+ more than likely

The last time Curtis Granderson got a hit with runners in scoring position, Roger Maris was chasing the home run record.

Even though they dropped the last 2 games, Red Sox did better on this road trip than their last long one. Rotation is getting a boost since Wright's ready to come back from his injury.

I was upset they didn't try and get Ruiz, but I like this better. Mostly improve by subtraction by getting rid of Thole, but with no Thole its not looking good for Dickey to make the postseason roster, which doesn't hurt my feelings.

I noticed Droford's been relatively quiet since the O's fell and have stayed out of first place.

Jays came back from 5-0 to win 8-7. Ugly fucking game but take'm how you can get'm.
I think the series against the O's is gonna be tough, but if they can take 1 it keeps the O's at bay. |

Also, no matter what team you're playing, comeback wins I feel are essential in getting hot as a team. Gives you the feeling that you can overcome anything.
Feel bad for the Twins and mostly Paul Molitor. They can swing the bats, but that bullpen... yeesh! |

Nothing more frustrating than watching a pitcher pitch well and little squibbers squeak throough on him seemingly all game. Stroman was dealing pretty good yesterday and couldn't catch a break.
I remember earlier in the year I was watching Sabathia vs the Rangers and fuck the dude was dealing, and everything that could have went wrong in an inning went wrong, the guy could not catch a break and by the end of the inning gave up 7 runs... it was like COME THE FUCK ON lol. Baseball can be a cruel game. |

I'm fully expecting either the Yankees or Royals to make the playoffs, get to the World Series, and then be vanquished by the Nationals led by World Series MVP Daniel Murphy.
That would be the worst possible scenario for the Mets, so I'm assuming it will happen. |

Kevin Gausman won a game on the road first time since August of 2014. He was 0-16 in 25 road starts since.
Trumbo got #40. Outside shot of him getting to 50. Needs 10 in 32 games. |

I'm actually NOT looking forward to upcoming 3 games with the jays. Miley Ubaldo and Gallardo starting. Maybe I'll be shocked..the first two pitched decently last time out and Gallardo can't pitch much worse than his last start

KC is the most pesky, irritating team to play against. FUck those guys, but also thank you for beating the Sox at Fenway.

KC looks like they're heating up. I know there are a few teams right now that have a better record than KC, but I still think KC is the team to beat.
