In that same article, they hinted at Bucky Cap, saying he wouldn't be an alternate in the game since there is too much to change. That segwayed into the reveal that there would be dlc costumes if I recall.

Of course they could be referring to moveset, since bucky cap uses a gun and knife.

That would mean a different character, and I doubt Bucky Cap would be added over other characters. rather see his costume as an alt.

Zero's are cool. Megaman, Bass, and Axel colors, nice.

VERY happy with the work they put into the alts.
If it were me, I would have changed some things though. USAgent or Bucky Cap instead of Turqoise Cap. (Is that actually from anything?) Iron Patriot (Actually thought this would be a given.) Make Wolverine's more than just palette swaps. So yeah, they did a pretty good job, considering those are my only complaints. Hoping for Endsong Phoenix and Jim Lee Jean Grey as alts. |

Tried to embed this video but it wouldn't show up. It's an interview with Seth Killian about Hagger and Pheonix.
The only thing I think worth mentioning is that, when Pheonix is KO'd and has 5 super bars, she is reborn as Dark Pheonix where she is one of the strongest if not the strongest character in the game. All her moves also shoot fireballs in this form but her health bar empties from full, like a timer. |

Also, there seems to be space for 6 more characters on the MvC3 website. One of them was given away in that review a few days ago.
