Feel like Daredevil and such are second tier heroes. He would be way out of his league/element in a Avengers movie.

I fully believe that they will have cameos in Infinity war at some point. Fighting Thanos' minions on the street while the avengers take on the bigger threats.
Just like a 10 second sequence or something. Nothing wrong with that imo. |

This is probably the most likely scenario. If they're gonna reach the large number of heroes they've said are gonna be in Infinity War they pretty much have to bring them in, even if it's just for a small cameo.

The street-level heroes could easily fill out the role of trying to retrieve something, a weapon or something that will help the big heroes.

DD's just as much Avengers material as at the very least Widow or Clint, both of whom I know he could beat in a fight.

As far as ability goes, yeah, but as a character, he's not a great fit. Daredevil works so much better as a solo hero.
Even Cage and Iron Fist only really worked in the more grounded New Avengers. |

Anyone see the extended clip of Scott Lang meeting Cap for the first time? It's like Coulson turned up to 11.

More reviews coming out for this film, nothing but absolute praise at the moment. Dunno if these are Marvel fan-boys, critics, casual movie-goers that got lucky, but it's getting me more and more pumped. Early indications that this is gonna be the best movie Marvel have released to date.

My g/f was a fan and got me into the movies, previously I had only seen the first Iron Man.... binge watched all the previous in the marvel universe chronologically in preparations for Civil War....

Sneak peeks have been shown to select theaters and from them I can safely say that Civil War is gonna hurt. Can't wait.

I would go so far as to say this is the best superhero movie ever. At the very least, it's my personal favorite.

I'd probably agree. I've waited a few days to let it all settle in (and so not to spoil before the US release) but it's very difficult to find much fault with the film.
The central conflict between Cap and Tony is very well established; Tony's PTSD from IM3 and his sense of responsibility over Ultron leave us with a very self-aware, reflective Iron Man who knows that he at least needs to be put on a leash. Meanwhile Cap, having seen SHIELD levelled by the cancerous Hydra, is far more cautious of any element of control. Their motivations and characteristics play very well off of each other and drive the plot forward. Black Panther and Winter Soldier as somewhat of a Wild Card element in the central conflict plays out very nicely, leading to the idea that the events of the film could have been avoided if they'd all just sat down and talked it through. But that would have been boring. The villain - often Marvel's Achilles Heel - is very understated here which is quite refreshing. He's not focused on world domination/obliteration, it's a very personal, very focused assault on the Avengers. The final confrontation is again very understated; no set piece in the sky here, just a very intense Triple Threat that's keeps you on the edge of your seat. Action packed and emotional. Perhaps the best part of the film is the Battle Royal at the airport. All of the heroes get a chance to shine here with each using their skill/power to full effect. Ok, Ant-Man and Spidey feel a little bit tacked on but shit it/they are so much fun I'm willing to forgive. Plus, who wouldn't want a SPOILER: show Fantastic movie. Can't wait for the BluRay. Movie was v fun and good. Felt really really long though, but there's so much content you can't really get around that.
War Hammer felt like a bit of a jobber this movie, he's one of my favs |

A couple of comments I saw on the IMDB message board that I approve of;
"Tony Stank" was probably the best Stan Lee cameo yet. Falcon, Antman and Bucky need to have a buddy movie. |

Some toddler made the most comedic saying in the movie. When Cap and Bucky were going after the scientist and Iron Man was opening the door behind them. When they showed it was Iron Man the little kid screa med with joy "Iron Man!". Little kids rock. He was so Team Iron Man.

Thought it was ok. Had a plot similar to Batman vs Superman. Evil guy plots to have superheroes fight one another. Zemo wasn't Zemo but I suppose that could happenin a later movie. Really wish Iron Patriot would have died though. Best Spiderman there has been so I'm looking forward to his movie. 7/10

Also, Aunt May was already in this one? Very odd casting, seeing how even when Peter was a teenager she was already old as coal. |

Just got back from this.... pretty good movie. Definitely did a better job at balancing the mass amount of characters, while still generally being Captain America focused.
Lots of good action sequences and fun. Airport scene had me smiling like the first Avengers movie did. Still not as good as Winter Soldier, but it was good.... Definitely "sets up a whole lot" for the future, but not in the "hey we need to set all this stuff up" kind of way, if you know what I mean.... |

God this movie just had everything. A great intro to Black Panther, a perfect Spider-Man, a conflict that isn't as stupid as killing most of the New Warriors and locking Speedball in an iron maiden costume, and most of all, a great fight scene. I really enjoyed the hell out of every bit of this movie and can't wait to see where they go from here.

I really liked it.
Falcon was great in this and I loved the new Spidey. Really looking forward to the new Spider-Man film now. I thought the movie was slow in the start but once it got going was pretty terrific. Both Tony and Cap's reasoning makes sense. Lots of characters and conflict in this film. I really liked that the villain was more cerebral this time too. Daniel Bruhl who played Zemo is a good actor I've been a fan of ever since I saw the movie "Good Bye, Lenin!". I think we'll see Zemo again. |
