Find it hard to believe he's going to be super hands on with this. Probably just going to attach his name to it in the hope of getting the same audience that propelled Get Out, Us and Black Panther.

We all had our reservations about Danny McBride writing Halloween 54... maybe a comedian who hasn't been funny for ten years is the way to go if the franchise is dogshit anyway.

Saw is a legitimately scary and good film. Every single sequel is beyond awful.
If anybody likes listening to commentary tracks Cary Elwes, James Wan and Leigh Whannel are hilarious during Saw. Maybe the funniest audio commentary there is. |

Typical movie audience is 50% white, 15% black, 21% Hispanic. Black Panther was 35/37/18.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/qz.com/...s-weekend/amp/ Point was there is money to be made in racially diverse movies. Now that Hollywood knows this, it's only natural that someone half-asses it thinking they'll get the same result as Get Out or Black Panther. |

David Spade to remake The Omen, he's lined himself up for the role of Damien.

I'm not happy with that. We both know that isn't up to standard.
This isn't a rehearsal Frank. |

Playing saw like a true detective movie sounds good.

Chris Rock and Sam L. I couldn't be less excited about but Max Minghella is a good wee talent and I like him in everything I have seen him in. He plays smug quite well, he actually reminds me a bit of Topher Grace but with a bit more natural charm and ease with himself.
