Might get some new details soon regarding the status of the "Broken" trademark since the US Patent Office has Matt Hardy's trademark close to being in the "opposition" phase. In terms of stages, its the last big stage before the final paperwork stage.
Only problem is this could still take a long time depending if Anthem gets involved and the amount of paperwork needed for the final stage.
