2) For those with the PC version of Batman Arkham Knight, Warner Bros basically announced that version will never be fixed beyond the recent patches. Similar to Origins, the company believes the game is too broken to spend more money trying to fix stuff that may or may not end up working correctly when done.

3) EA announced they are willing to be more co-operative with Nintendo for future business after basically refusing to give any support for the past 2-3 years. Was implied it is due to the upcoming NX and not because EA suddenly had a change of heart on their stance against Nintendo.

4) Avalanche Studios announced they have recently laid off around 24 employees although not due to financial issues but more due to recent projects being finished.
