1) Disney Interactive is currently rumored to be restructuring soon with "several hundreds" expected to be laid off due to Disney Infinity being unable to meet its high sales expectations. Star Wars and Marvel based expansion packs were also rumored to be currently in development for Disney Infinity.

2) In a weird turn of events, rumors of Ubisoft dropping the Watch Dogs trademark ended up being both debunked and confirmed. Ubisoft debunked them being the ones filing the request although confirmed someone else managed to file a successful fraudulent request meaning the company is currently working to regain parts of the trademark back.
