1) According to a report from Kotaku, Quantic Dream studios is currently suing two French media outlets in regards to reported allegations of the studio having a toxic workplace environment. Another French media outlet was also reported to have been threatened with a lawsuit by the studio.

3) FREEBIES - Microsoft revealed the list of free games for May's Games With Gold offerings will be Super Mega Baseball 2 (Xbox One), Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain (Xbox One), Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage (Xbox 360), and Vanquish (Xbox 360).

4) Ninja Theory announced they will be donating $25k to Mental Health America charity as part of their celebrations for Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice's sales on the Xbox One. This will be the second time the company has donated sales from the game to mental health charities and promised a third donation will be made within the near future.
