To a certain point. Adults are still growing up way into their 20's. In the eyes of the law they are adults too. But the court of public opinion is just getting weary of power dynamics where "control" can be exerted because of someone's time and experience on this planet. And companies and organizations are starting to respond to this court of public opinion.

I mean, I definitely think there is something wrong with someone who dates someone as annoying as a teenager or someone in their early 20's, but it's not even about the morality of it or whether it is right or wrong. You can make a case that it's happening without being on the side of it.
