Nah, I figured as much. They talked about how IT operstes. They could have hit you over the head with a terrible line of exposition about it so I'm ok with that.
It was stuff like the parents. The overly protective mom and (the child raping? I dunno) dad were pretty bad characters who probably didn't need to be in the movie. Geogie's dad is just like "fuck it, he's dead" with no care about what happened to him. Movies where all the adults are idiots and only the kids "get it" is a head slapper for me.
