Reigns is fine but unexciting in the ring. Everything about him comes off as manufactured though. He's far less charismatic than any face of the company they've had and those promos against Cena were telling. He was out of his element. When Cena and Rock had their promo wars, Cena somehow managed to go toe-to-toe with him which is crazy to think of. Reigns came off like a fake try-hard. And I don't think that's all Reigns' fault at all. But the character is... not good.
