2) Atari announced they are currently working on a new console called Ataribox and details to arrive at a later date.

3) Capcom recently announced they have formed a partnership with Bandai Namco in regards to online gaming. Besides helping each other out to improve online matchmaking and sharing fighting game tech, they also are working with each other to help speed up and lower costs for game development.
