Summerslam's card usually starts to get covered more around this time and Rumble around December for big events. Smaller events and Survivor Series usually get covered around same time WWE makes match announcements or Meltzer gets info on possible big matches being planned.
Seems that his info starts to pick up momentum as angles are shot on TV.
