WWE clearing Angle to return to the ring opened a can of worms for them considering Angle's health the past several years. At least with Bryan he took the long road to get cleared while with Angle it was supposedly a lot more sudden.

If anything, the real worry is with Paige since she now has a lot more false hope of being cleared and last thing WWE needs is for her to battle depression again. Supposedly she didn't handle the news well the first time and had only just cleared up from her previous mental issues due to Del Rio.
