1) During a recent interview with GamesIndustry.biz, Capcom Vancouver boss Joe Nickolls revealed three writers were in charge of the story for Dead Rising 4 although none worked on the previous games, hinted the game likely will be the basis for the next set of Dead Rising games, and implied they don't really care about fan criticisms regarding the direction for the game.

2) Gears of War 4 developer The Coalition announced they will be holding an online beta test for cross-play support between the PC and Xbox One versions of the game this weekend.

5) UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) recently ruled No Man Sky's advertising campaign did not meet their requirements needed to be guilty of consumer deception. Complaints against Valve were dismissed due to them not being in charge of the game's Steam store page and complaints against Hello Games were dismissed due to consumers expectations being bigger than what was being promised.
