Judge Kelly Banach had declared Snuka not mentally competent to stand trial in August, but she did not dismiss the case at the hearing today. Snuka, who now lives in Florida, was not at the hearing and the court was told he is not healthy enough to travel due to numerous infections. Snuka was there via Facetime and said he didn't remember ever speaking to the judge before. Prosecutors don't want the charges dropped. The prosecution had tried to get Snuka committed to a mental health facility previously if he was not mentally competent but Banach turned down that request.

NBC announced on Friday that Cena would be hosting Saturday Night Live on December 10th. Cena will be the third professional wrestler in the history of SNL to host the show, with The Rock and Hulk Hogan previously handling the duties. The Rock's first appearance came in 2000 as he was on the verge of breaking into Hollywood, and Hogan hosted the show with Mr. T prior to the first WrestleMania. Cena tweeted on Friday: "So incredibly honored & excited to host @nbcsnl on Dec. 10th. Can't wait to be live from NYC on a Saturday night!!" The appearance comes as Cena's wrestling schedule has become considerably reduced and his profile outside of WWE has grown. It was also announced earlier this week that Cena would have a role in "The Pact," an upcoming comedy directed by Kay Cannon and also starring Leslie Mann and Ike Barinholtz.

Alex Riley has landed a guest star role in the upcoming Netflix series based on the 1980's women's wrestling promotion GLOW. Riley has stayed away from the indies since being released from WWE in May of this year but has been pursuing an acting career.

Fumi reveals that someone reported Matt to authorities: It was his thirtieth trip to Japan, and they didn't think it was the first time he brought something in...The reason he got caught this time though, this is where things get really mysterious and tricky, Japanese customs in Osaka were informed by somebody that Matthew Joseph Korklan is bringing in certain things. The setup was acknowledged in court, according to Fumi: It was mentioned in the court too, that customs was informed by somebody, they're not saying who, but that Matthew Joseph Korklan from America is bringing in certain things on certain dates. They knew it. Fumi on what's next for Matt: He's out on bail now and then the verdict is coming this coming Monday. They'll give him three years probation, no jail time, nothing, he's going home that day.
