In terms of tv expansion, MLW pretty much is what ROH should have been had Sinclair actually cared to invest in the company for the long term and not simply view them as just cheap programming. Sinclair's mentality has changed over the past year but the brand's image still has a lot of fixing to do.

In terms of show and match quality, ROH mostly blows MLW out of the water. Could probably make a case of them being closer in quality since Jay Lethal's 2nd title reign but ROH might still hold the edge. Biggest criticism about MLW since its revival has been their in-ring stuff being their biggest weakness despite having a pretty good roster available, especially with AAA lending them talent.
