WWE is losing it when it comes to booking this cruiser division. Just a quick glance at the roster list and damn, they have about a dozen world class pro wrestlers and most of them haven't been on Raw for more than 5 minutes, if at all. If WWE wants to truly overload the world with content why isn't the cruiser divison touring small arena's and ballrooms, filming stand alone tapings (in the style of NXT) for 205 Live, while being featured on Raw to give them a main stream push. The talent roster there is ridiculous. Aries, Neville, Perkins, Metalik, Nese, Gulak, Tozawa, Tajiri, Alexander, Gallagher, Kalisto, Dorado, Dar, Swann, Kenderick... not to mention the guys they could use from NXT...

So frustrating to see all these talented workers go to waste. Perhaps some aren't upset about getting paid to do nothing but you know that most of those guys love to work, you can see it when they get the chance to perform... why not tour with them? Hell even just shooting a month of tapings at full sail would give everyone a better more unique experience from the workers to the fans.
