Maybe but wouldn't be surprised if its only half-done considering how far behind they were last time Koji Igarashi mentioned the project's status a couple months ago.

ArtPlay studio is the main developer so the changes don't hurt them and DICO might have a bigger role in the project than Inti Creates ever did.
