Wait we have no idea the actual years the marvel movies take place in.

If you recall In The First Avenger's movie Bruce Banner said he was last in Harlem a year ago. Hulk was made in 2008 and Avengers was made in 2012.

So we can't accurately say what the current year is the marvel universe.
