Nakamura/Ziggler and Dillinger/English were the two bonus matches. The columns for those matches' scores were AH and BG, respectively. The bonus matches were each worth an extra 50% points.

So, the total score for the PPV is 1.5 times the sum of the scores for the two bonus matches, plus the scores for all the other matches.
