Georg Hackenschmidt, who made his debut in 1896, his first win came against Fritz Konietzko. Best known for having over 3,000 matches and having lost only two, or for his legendary feud with Frank Gotch, Hackenschmidt retired after his loss to Gotch. This happened on September 4th 1911, and was highly remembered by fans because Gotch's shoelaces came undone during the match.
