Even $2 million plus extras on the side is too much considering he'd be making around or more than Okada and their profits are pretty small at least compared to the WWE. Something like around $34-$36 million they made last year overall.

Legit cheaper to just use Omega and Cody while both can also work a lot more dates than Lesnar for building long term interest. Lesnar does have the bigger star power but he doesn't really fit with the long term expansion plans they have for the US.
