1) Some Microsoft related news:
- Project Spark for the Xbox One will be released between October 7th to 10th depending on the region.
- Microsoft is currently offering $75 worth in Xbox Live credit for those who purchase an Xbox One in July. The offer is only available in the US though.
- Starting tomorrow till July 14th, Microsoft will be holding a sale on Xbox Live with several Xbox 360 and One games available and discounts ranging as high as 74% off.

2) Cliff Bleszinski recently revealed he has formed a new studio called Boss Key Productions with the studio's first project being a free-to-play sci-fi arena shooter called BlueStreak.

3) Update to the recent 38 Studios settlement case as a new legal case is requesting those payments to be blocked. The issue revolves around the same law firm involved in the original loan using policies allowing them to tap into the settlement fund without claiming any responsibility for the mess made.
