He's doesn't have huge star potential. He's not someone you revolve the company around. But again, he's good enough in the ring and on the mic AND he's got a unique enough look that he can be a huge asset. It's all in the presentation. If you book him like a big, sloppy, fatass loser, he will come off like that. If you book him like an ass-kicker who doesn't look the part, he will come off like that. They've just gotta pick one or the other and go all-out on it and never look back.

Maybe giving him a mouthpiece and not letting him work the mic as much like Noid said is key. It seems like a weird thing to do with a guy who is actually comfortable on the mic but maybe his style of promo is just not what you want when trying to present him the way he needs to be presented.
