I read an article that showed a House Martell insignia on one of the ships at the end of the episode, implying that scene (with Daenerys, Tyrion, Varys, and Missandei on the ship) was after the Targaryen/Greyjoy fleet met up with the Dornish fleet.

So, Varys spent a couple episodes travelling from Mareen to Dorne, and then after some amount of time passes, Daenerys meets up with Varys near Dorne.
