Smackdown needs a huge change in direction either after Fastlane or Mania since their current plans haven't worked for months.

It was at that moment that EC3 came out, making his official NXT return. He said that it was nice that Regal was going to create a title just for him. Regal said that no one is handed anything in NXT, and he will instead square off against five other competitors in a ladder match to crown the first champion. Those five other competitors were later revealed to be Lars Sullivan, Velveteen Dream Killian Dain, Adam Cole and Ricochet.
Spoiler tag used since its related to stuff for Takeover New Orleans and major announcements.

WWE Chairman of the Board and CEO Vince McMahon - $1.4 million in 2017. That number is expected to remain the same in 2018.

WWE Co-President George Barrios - $783,510 in 2017. His salary for 2018 post-promotion will be $870,000.

WWE Co-President Michelle D. Wilson - $791,044 in 2017. Her salary for 2018 post-promotion will be $870,000.

WWE Executive Vice President, Talent, Live Events & Creative Paul "Triple H" Levesque - $650,000 in 2017. His salary will raise to $684,000 in 2018.

WWE Executive Vice President, Production Kevin Dunn - $909,560 in 2017. His salary will rise to $925,000 in 2018.

These salaries do not include what those who perform on camera are paid, nor would they include what execs make via WWE stock dividend payouts.

In the case of those related to Vince McMahon, their performance salaries were also listed in the filing:

Stephanie McMahon was paid $2.2 million total between her role as Chief Brand Ambassador and her on camera role.

Triple H was paid an additional $1.5 million for his on camera role, which means he was paid almost double to be "Triple H" vs. what he made as Paul Levesque, WWE Executive.

Shane McMahon, who is not an executive for the company, was paid $1.3 million last year for his on camera role as Smackdown Commissioner.

In 2004, with a great amount of turmoil due to the Rob Feinstein situation having the company in quite the maelstrom, CM Punk challenged Samoa Joe for the ROH championship in the venue ... Historically, one of the most important moments in ROH history took place in that venue.

According to fans waiting outside of the venue before doors were opened, Montalvo was ranting about WWE, DX and about how Vince McMahon will have to shoot him again to stop him. Security was called but Montalvo jumped into a waiting car and drove away before they could catch up to him.

Montalvo had been on WWE's radar before the shooting after a history of bizarre behavior outside of the Performance Center. He had also posted several videos to social media, ranting on how he was obsessed with several female WWE Superstars, including AJ Lee and WWE Hall of Famer Lita. Some of Montalvo's videos had him spreading urine and feces on photos of WWE talents and on the outside of WWE buildings. Montalvo was shot by police who responded to a disturbance call at the Performance Center that day. Montalvo reportedly charged at one of the officers with a handful of rocks after a confrontation. He survived the shooting and has been wrapped up in the legal process since then, even as recent as January of this year. He was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer for the incident at the Performance Center. Montalvo has had numerous run-ins with law enforcement since that incident and still makes daily references to WWE on social media, accusing Vince of being out to get him. Montalvo often posts videos of what he calls "wrestling promos" that mention WWE, Vince and numerous wrestlers.
