1) Monolith Games announced an upcoming DLC pack for Middle Earth: Shadow of War called "Forthog the Orcslayer" will have most of the proceeds going towards the family of the game's executive producer who passed away during development. Small warning as the family only gets proceeds from US-based purchases.

2) 2K Games recently pulled several of their games off Apple's App Store due to being incompatible with the upcoming iOS 11. Other publishers and developers are expected to be doing the same as well for the App Store.

3) A lawsuit between Nintendo and tech company iLife regarding alleged Wiimote patent infringement was recently decided in favor of iLife. A judge in the notorious patent troll Texas District Circuit has ordered Nintendo to pay $10.1 million to the tech company after a jury found Nintendo guilty of patent infringement.
