I thought Andre The Giant's reign was the shortest so I checked it out and it turns out that it is considered the shortest, with Rollins' second reign now being second shortest after taking that spot from Yokozuna's first reign by six seconds.

So with that, I also don't know where they're getting Bryan's reign being the "previous record" from too. According to WWE.com, his reign is nowhere near the shortest reign.
