According to the NDP, the game managed to be the 7th best selling game last month in the US although doesn't count digital sales. Maybe Top 5 if included but probably not Top 3 considering the games in the list.

Capcom revealed the list of tweaks and stuff arriving with the next patch of the game. Challange Mode with better tutorials and a new Online Rematch Mode were some of the stuff revealed in the list.

Quote:
Coming this month is the Challenge Mode, which will include something many new or more casual fans have been asked for: better tutorials.

According to the Capcom Unity blog, here’s what the game will be getting in that regard:

Beginner Tutorials: 12 lessons covering, movement, normal attacks, special attacks, V-System, throws, counter hits, chip/recoverable damage, etc.
Intermediate Tutorials: 11 lessons covering projectiles, invincibility frames, armor and armor break, recovery, cross-up attacks, anti-air options, etc.
Advanced Tutorials: 4 lessons covering back dashing, frame advantage/disadvantage, combo potential, button priority, etc.
Character Tutorials: 16 lessons covering each individual character.

Challenge Mode will also offer up Trials, which will task you with performing a serious of combos that range from “basic to pro” that’ll earn you Fight Money if completed.

When it comes to hopping online against opponents, the long-awaited upgrade to Battle Lounges will be coming as well, allowing for up to eight participants per lobby (with those players not active in a fight able to watch it as a spectator). The other neat addition—and something I wasn’t expecting—is a new Online Rematch Option. Now, after a Ranked Match is over, you’ll be able to challenge your opponent to a rematch—and if they accept, you’ll be switched to a best 2 out of 3 set instead.
