1) Update to Vivendi-Ubisoft stock news as Ubisoft's fears of Vivendi purchasing more control of the company ended up being true with Vivendi now owning 10.3% of the company (up from 6.6%). Also increased their minority ownership in Gameloft by around the same percentage.

2) Rovio Entertainment, developer of the Angry Birds series, announced layoffs have recently occurred at the studio with 213 employees laid off and plans for a smaller wave of layoffs to occur within the near future.

3) Activision announced the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 have been delayed indefinitely with the official reason related to Activision wanting all priority on getting the current gen versions of the game fixed.
