Both have had some really great moments and got really into their characters.

I have to say that Foley's worst is nowhere near Kane's worst, though. (Granted I never saw Foley in TNA)

Overall I think Foley is just that much more memorable and ultimately had the bigger impact.

Foley is also much better on the mic.
